My stay at the Inn on the River was wonderful overall. The rooms were very, very clean and provided everything needed for a great getaway. Although there was a heavy smell of deodorizer, the room itself was clean, nice, and cool after being out in the blazing sun. However, considering the price, I could have stayed at a microtel for a third of the cost with similar quality.

The service at Inn on the River was excellent. From my initial call to reserve to our checkout three days later, the staff was superb, friendly, professional, and provided many recommendations for things to see and places to eat.

The location of the hotel was spot on, within walking distance to many activities and restaurants. It was perfect for easy access to Gatlinburg and other attractions in Pigeon Forge and Sevierville. Being on the river side with balconies was a plus, but the cleanliness for the price paid could have been better.

The dining experience was really nice with lots of choices and generous, delicious food. However, there were underdone potatoes that were a bit disappointing.

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean, very nice, and the whole place was impeccably kept. The outside areas by the river were perfect for relaxing. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, and the location couldn't have been better for exploring all that Pigeon Forge has to offer.
